玻璃钢、塑料管道及配件

 

1、具有优良的物理性能,玻璃钢管材的比重为1.8-2.1,约为钢的1/4,比钢、铸铁和塑料的比强度高,玻璃钢管道的重量一般不大于同规格钢管的1/3,物理力学性能优异,此外,玻璃钢管的膨胀系数与钢大体相当,热传导系数只有钢的0.5%,是一种很好的热和电的绝缘体。

2、耐化学腐蚀、使用寿命长,适合输送各种酸、碱、盐及有机溶剂等不同介质。

3、.水力学特性优异,水力特性是玻璃钢管的重要特征之一。水力特性优异意味着流体压头损失小,可以选用较小管径或功率较小的输送泵,从而减少管线工程初期投资、节省电能、降低运行成本。玻璃钢内表面相当光滑,一般表面粗糙率可取0.008,几乎可以认为是"水力学光滑管",在运行中,钢管、铸铁管、水泥管等的内表面,经常发生局部腐蚀,变得越来越粗糙,而玻璃钢始终保持着新生管得表面光滑状态。

4、安装、维护费用低,一般来说,玻璃钢管不需要特殊得防腐处理;保温层可以减薄,甚至不另做保温处理;管道比较轻,吊装设备吨位小,功率消耗少,玻璃钢管长度比水泥管及铸铁管长,接头相对减少,这些都会降低安装和维护费用,这已被国内外许多工程实践所证明。

5、设计灵活性大,改型周期短。玻璃钢是将浸有树脂基体得纤维增强材料,按照特定工艺条件逐层缠绕到芯模上并进行适当固化而制成的,管壁是一种层状结构,可以通过改变树脂系统或采用不同的增强材料来调整玻璃钢管的各项物理和化学性能,以适应不同介质和工作条件制成不同压力等级或具有某种特殊性能的玻璃钢管。改型周期短,是纤维缠绕复合材料的显著特点,各向同性的金属管材无法与其相比。

FRP Mortar Pipes: ISO9001





1) FRP pipes with excellent mechanical physical properties. Light weight, high strength, Specific gravity of mortar pipe is 1.65-2.0, is only 1/4 of steel’s, hoop tensile strength is 180-300MPa, axial tensile strength is 60-150MPa, using socket connection, easy transportation and installation;



2) High and Perfect corrosion resistance, no effect on water quality:

FRP pipes can be resistant to acid, alkali, salt, sea water, sewage without treatment, corrosive soil or groundwater, and erosion from various chemical fluids.



3) Excellent hydraulic characteristic, which is one of the most important features to FRP pipes, it means FRP pipes can significantly reduce the fluid pressure loss along the way and increase transmission capacity and then can choose smaller pipe dia. size or smaller power delivery/transfer pump so as to save the cost invest for the pipeline engineering at the initial stage, also save electric energy and lower operating cost.



The Inner wall of FRP pipe is very smooth. Roughness coefficient is 0.0084, but concrete pipe is 0.014 and cast iron pipe is 0.013. The Small frictional resistance, high transmission capacity is fantastic, almost regards as “the best smooth pipes for engineering hydraulics and also in service, the surface of any steel pipes, cast iron pipes and cement pipes etc are always happening with localized corrosion and then becoming worse and worse rough and rusty, and the FRP pipes always keep the perfect smooth surface as new ones, it is so important to water quality then.



4)Anti-fouling and anti-moth





The surface of unsaturated polyester resin is clean and smooth; it will not be defiled or attached by microorganism such as armour shellfish and fungus in the ocean sewage.



5)Good heat resistance and frost resistance:

In -30℃ condition, mortar pipe still has good toughness and high strength; it can be use in the range of minus 50℃ to 80℃ for a long term, it can also used in temperature above 110℃ condition with a specially formulated resin.





6)Good electrical and thermal insulation:

Insulation resistance is in the range from 1012 to 1015Ω.cm, heat transfer coefficient of FRP material is very small, only 0.23.





7)Good wear resistance and Low maintenance costs:

Normally, the FRP pines don't need special antiseptic treatment, insulating layer can be thinner and even don’t need to do with extra insulation treatment; as pipes is light and so can require some small tonnage of hoisting equipments and so less power consumption.



And FRP pipes is longer than iron cast or cement pipes, so less joints too,

As No need precaution and maintenance for rust-proof stain resistant, insulation and thermal insulation. No need cathodic protection for underground pipe, all these will help to save more than 70-80% of the engineering installation and maintenance cost, it has been approved and certificated by many engineering practice aboard.







8)Good adaptability, Flexible design and shorter reform term

Pipes & ducts are manufactured using the "Dual helix" filament winding process on computer controlled machines. By adjusting the relative speed of mandrel rotation and glass distribution head movement, helical reinforced layers with different angles can be wound. In order to increase the pipe stiffness, especially on large diameter pipes, silica sand can be added to parallel layers of wall.

Nominal size of pipe and fitting is based on internal diameter. The range of available sizes is 25 to 3000 mm. Pipes and ducts are classified according to nominal pressure. Standard pressure classes are 4, 6, 10, 16, 20 and 25 bars. Intermediate or higher-pressure classes are considered on request or depending on the design parameters and condition.

Laboratory simulation experiments show that: Service life of FRP pipe can reach more than 50 years.

FRP pipe is consisting of resin (select food grade resin for transmitting drinking water), glass fiber and quartz sand, manufacture uses a special process.Its operating temperature is below 80 ℃, suitable for various soil.
